Job summary

Nexus People, a Dubai-based recruitment and workforce solutions firm, is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand the client base across recruitment, EOR and employee outsourcing services in the UAE.

Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, proposals, and managing a robust sales pipeline, with a target-driven approach and a commission structure. The role is based in Dubai with proximity to Silicon Oasis and related business hubs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within UAE market
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Based in Dubai/UAE with understanding of UAE labor market and HR services

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads across recruitment, EOR and employee outsourcing services in the UAE
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce Nexus People’s service offerings and value
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR decision-makers, business owners and procurement contacts
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations and service agreements tailored to client requirements
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business targets
• Collaborate with recruitment, EOR and HR consulting teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery to new clients
• Stay current on UAE labour market trends, competitors and client needs to identify opportunities
• Represent Nexus People at networking events and client engagements to build brand visibility
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
