Job summary

Meegaan Technologies is seeking a driven Business Development professional to expand our UAE footprint. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and generate qualified leads for enterprise technology solutions including Dynamics 365.

You will collaborate with clients, partners, and our technical team to move opportunities from discovery to closure, maintaining a healthy pipeline and driving growth in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or account development in IT/tech services.
• Strong UAE market knowledge and enterprise technology understanding.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Experience selling enterprise software, CRM, ERP, cloud, or digital transformation services.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, technology organizations, and partners.
• Generate qualified leads and develop opportunities for Dynamics 365 and enterprise tech solutions.
• Engage with decision-makers to understand requirements and challenges.
• Conduct outbound business development via networking, LinkedIn, email, calls, events.
• Arrange meetings, discussions, and discovery sessions with prospects.
• Collaborate with Meegaan’s technical team to move opportunities toward proposals and closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify strategic partnerships.
• Follow-up with prospects and manage relationships through the BD cycle.
