Job summary

A global leader in e-commerce is seeking a Business Development Manager in Dubai, U.A.E. This role involves driving the development and account management of the Delivery Service Partner business. Responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of DSP recruitment and strategy development. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business development, fluency in Arabic, and a Bachelor's degree. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams to innovate and improve delivery programs across the AMET region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing and influencing senior stakeholders' program strategies.
• 5+ years defining and executing against program timelines and requirements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of working with external suppliers.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment and vetting of Delivery Service Partners in the UAE.
• Develop strategies to deliver results across core deliverables.
• Launch programs in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Build collaborative internal and external relationships.
• Work with key stakeholders to meet program needs and timelines.
