Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Amazon Delivery Service Partners.
Act as a bridge between delivery partners and Amazon operations teams.
Develop understanding of transportation operations and last-mile delivery challenges.
Identify risks and opportunities within partner accounts.
Recommend improvements for delivery performance, compliance and customer service.
Track program performance and investigate unusual results or recurring issues.
Own the network compliance score for partner accounts.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues.
