Job summary

Amazon's Delivery Service Partner program is expanding, and the Business Coach Manager role helps DSP owners succeed by providing strategic guidance and hands-on support across the lifecycle of their business. You will partner with owners, help set strategy, track KPIs, and collaborate with Operations, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure compliance and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
• 2 years mentoring, leading and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DSP owners to launch and scale their business.
• Guide owners as they scale and manage operational issues.
• Coordinate Business and Financial Health Reviews to discuss performance.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements.
