Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, trackers, and stakeholder dependencies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute activities within cross-functional change programs to meet timelines and quality requirements.
• Progress change requests through the pipeline from logging to approval and implementation.
• Ensure change requests are documented and recorded in tracking systems with data hygiene.
• Follow established governance, templates, and procedures for change management.
• Maintain visibility of open actions and coordinate with stakeholders across DSP accounts.
