Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead data center solutions sales. The role focuses on building a defined target account list, generating new business opportunities, and driving a robust UAE pipeline through proactive client engagement.

The ideal candidate has an Electrical Engineering background and 5+ years in enterprise datacenter sales, with knowledge of UPS, cooling, racks, DCIM, and VESDA. In-person interview required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise datacenter sales experience.
• Proficient in consultative selling.
• Existing relationships in the UAE preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Knowledge of UPS, PDUs, cooling and data center infra.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage a sales pipeline of UAE accounts (telco, enterprise, gov, EPC/MEP).
• Run full sales cycle from discovery to closing and renewals.
• Coordinate with Presales for solution design and with Draftsman for layouts in proposals.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.
