Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks a results-driven Business Development professional to identify and develop new opportunities in the UAE market, building relationships with interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and hospitality groups.

You will lead client meetings, present proposals, coordinate with internal teams for quotations, and nurture long-term accounts to meet sales targets while staying attuned to UAE market trends and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales/BD experience in UAE.
• Experience in hospitality or commercial interiors preferred.
• Strong client relationship management and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Solid knowledge of the UAE market.
• Valid UAE driving licence mandatory.
• Candidates based in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities
