Job summary

DCS Ramco is seeking an experienced Account Manager in the UAE to drive revenue growth in Data Center and ICT sectors. You will own relationships, identify opportunities, and position UPS, batteries, electrical power, ICT, and ELV solutions across projects from lead to closure.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Communications Engineering, 3+ years in technical sales, and fluency in Arabic and English with a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales and account management experience.
• Proven technical expertise working with Data Center solutions, infrastructure, and mission-critical power systems.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; UAE driving license.
• UAE-based candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships within the UAE Data Center and ICT sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Sell Data Center infrastructure, UPS systems, batteries, electrical power, ICT, and ELV solutions.
• Translate technical/operational requirements into tailored proposals.
• Manage end-to-end sales opportunities from lead to contract closure.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams for project execution.
• Maintain CRM records, market intelligence, and competitive analysis updates.
