Job summary

Mirari Smart Technical Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Business Development professional with an established UAE network to drive new opportunities across the UAE.

The role focuses on securing AMC contracts, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and data center infrastructure engagements, while building relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, procurement teams, and end users.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE BD or Sales experience.
• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, or procurement teams.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Good understanding of UAE tendering and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE.

About Us

We are a UAE-based engineering company specializing in Data Center Infrastructure, Critical Facilities, MEP Services, UPS Power Systems, Precision Cooling, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

As we expand across the UAE, we are seeking an experienced Business Development professional with an established industry network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Secure AMC contracts, maintenance agreements, retrofit projects, and data center infrastructure projects.
• Build relationships with facility managers, consultants, contractors, procurement teams, and end users.
• Prepare proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ UAE Business Development or Sales experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: Data Centers, Critical Facilities, MEP, Facility Management, UPS & Electrical Infrastructure, or Mission Critical Services.
• Proven success in securing AMC contracts or service agreements.
• Existing relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers, or procurement teams.
• Good understanding of UAE tendering and commercial practices.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Skills

Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of Data Center Infrastructure, UPS, Precision Cooling, LV Systems, Generators, BMS, Fire Protection, Preventive Maintenance, and AMC services.

Preferred Background

• Candidates with experience from companies such as Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Eaton, ABB, Siemens, Huawei Digital Power, ENGIE, Enova, Farnek, Emrill, EFS, OCS, Khansaheb FM, ALEC, Laith Electro Mechanical, or other leading Data Center, MEP, or Facility Management companies are highly preferred.

• This position is intended for candidates who already have an established professional network within the UAE Data Center, Critical Facilities, MEP, or Facility Management industry.
• Applicants without relevant UAE industry experience or existing business relationships in these sectors are unlikely to be shortlisted.
