Job summary

Venturatalents in Dubai seeks a Mid-Level Account Manager with 8-10 years in B2B sales, including 4-5 years selling IT, cybersecurity or consulting services in the UAE. You will own a portfolio of 55-60 named accounts, hunting new logos and farming existing ones, reporting to the VP of Sales.

The role requires delivering AED 3M+ annual services quota and closing single deals above AED 1M. You lead the full sales cycle with presales, negotiate, and ensure invoicing while building trusted advisor

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in B2B sales with recent UAE IT/cybersecurity/consulting services experience.
• Proven track record of AED 3M+ annual services quota and large deals.
• Strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and risk/compliance leaders in UAE.
• Based in Dubai with valid UAE work permit.

Responsibilities

• Own 55–60 named accounts, hunting new logos and farming existing ones.
• Develop account plans for Tier A accounts with stakeholder mapping and revenue paths.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close with presales and bid management.
• Maintain weekly pipeline and forecast accuracy, manage renewals and renewals.
