Zippy Talent Recruitment Agency Dubai is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – Cybersecurity to drive business growth across strategic enterprise accounts in the UAE/GCC. The role focuses on developing long-term client relationships, identifying cybersecurity opportunities, and positioning integrated security solutions aligned with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of B2B IT/Cybersecurity sales experience, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and closing

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of B2B IT / Cybersecurity sales experience.
• Strong experience managing enterprise/key accounts.
• Existing relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT/Security Heads is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and enterprise IT.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management skills.
• Experience working with cybersecurity OEMs/vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts across cybersecurity and IT.
• Build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, IT Heads and other senior decision-makers.
• Identify cybersecurity opportunities and drive the full sales cycle from lead to closure.
• Develop opportunities around Network, Endpoint, Cloud Security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, XDR, vulnerabilities and data security.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects and vendors to create customer-specific solutions.
• Drive RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, negotiations and contract closures.
• Develop account plans, pipeline and revenue forecasts for assigned accounts.
• Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
• Maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and strategic partners.
