Job summary

IDM Technologies in Dubai seeks a proactive Account Manager – Cybersecurity Sales to acquire new customers and grow enterprise accounts across the UAE. You will convert leads, drive opportunities, and manage relationships with IT leaders and decision-makers.

You will coordinate with presales teams, conduct meetings, present security solutions, and negotiate to close deals while maintaining CRM records and accurate forecasts. Travel across the UAE is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B IT or cybersecurity sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and close opportunities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and convert leads provided by IDM’s demand-generation team.
• Independently generate opportunities through direct outreach, customer relationships, referrals, and partner networks.
• Conduct face-to-face customer meetings, understand requirements, and position Identity Security and Cyber Defense solutions.
• Build relationships with IT leaders, security teams, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
• Coordinate with presales and technical teams for presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Drive customer follow-ups, commercial negotiations, and purchase-order closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, and sales forecasts.
• Achieve agreed revenue and gross-profit targets.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• 5–8 years of B2B IT or cybersecurity sales experience, including UAE market exposure.
• Proven experience in personally generating and closing business.
• Strong customer engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to independently manage opportunities and coordinate with internal teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings across the UAE.

Preferred:

• Experience with a cybersecurity systems integrator or IT services company.
• Experience selling to enterprise or government customers.
