Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience; graduates considered.
• Based in the UAE.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Professional, confident and well-presented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, technology or related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential business partners and clients.
• Arrange introductory meetings and maintain regular follow-up.
• Attend conferences, networking events and industry gatherings.
• Represent the organisation professionally at meetings and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with relevant companies and industry professionals.
• Communicate the organisation's services and capabilities clearly to prospective contacts.
• Research target companies, decision-makers and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, opportunities and follow-ups.
