Job summary

FinTop Consulting is seeking Junior and Senior Business Development Managers for a leading FX CFD broker in Dubai. You will drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and exceed monthly net deposit targets, focusing on MENA and Asia.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in BDM with a proven deposits track record, a strong IB/affiliate network, and excellent negotiation and relationship skills. Based in Dubai, you will thrive in a fast‑growing, high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of business development experience with an FX/CFD broker.
• Proven track record of generating an average of at least USD 75,000 in monthly net deposits.
• Candidates consistently generating USD 150,000 to USD 200,000+ in average monthly net deposits will be highly regarded.
• Established network of Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and trading communities across the MENA and Asia regions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven and commercial mindset.
• Must be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales and partner channels.
• Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, Money Managers and other strategic partners.
