Job summary

OutSystems is seeking a UAE National to drive business development, expand local presence, and build trusted connections with prospective clients and strategic partners in the UAE.

The role leverages your UAE network and market knowledge to identify opportunities, arrange meetings, and support long-term relationships with key organisations while upholding ethical and legal standards. Arabic and English fluency are preferred for senior stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, client relations, consulting, government relations, or a related field.
• An established and relevant professional network within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the UAE business environment and local commercial practices.
• Confident and credible when communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to work with limited supervision.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use professional networks and market knowledge to identify opportunities and arrange meaningful introductions and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders across the UAE.
• Work with company leadership to identify priority organisations, sectors, and relationship-building activities.
• Represent the company professionally and conduct all activities ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
