Job summary

Sinclair is seeking a Sales Manager for the UAE based in Dubai to lead our field sales team and drive growth in aesthetics injectables. You will manage Sales Representatives and Product Specialists, coach the team in the field, and ensure delivery of revenue targets through hands-on leadership and strategic execution.

This role requires strong relationship building with clinics and physicians, deep market insight, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years sales management in aesthetics or medical devices.
• Hands-on, field-oriented leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the UAE Sales team to deliver sales, revenue and market growth targets.
• Translate UAE strategy into territory plans, sales priorities and field execution.
• Monitor KPIs, forecasts, and market trends; take timely corrective action.
• Develop key accounts and maintain relationships with clinics and practitioners.
