Job summary

Sinclair is a global medical aesthetics company seeking a UAE Sales Lead to drive revenue and market growth in Dubai. You will translate strategy into territory and field execution plans, and coach a high-performing team.

You will build relationships with clinics and physicians, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, manage budgets, and optimize resources. Fluency in English and Arabic, plus 5+ years in aesthetics or pharma sales management, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in aesthetics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Established UAE aesthetics and injectables network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
