Job summary

Imdad is seeking a Product Specialist in Dubai to drive sales of Imdad products, perform on-site demonstrations, and educate customers about product features and benefits. You will manage relationships with doctors and key personnel, schedule visits, and report on market activities.

The role requires a pharmaceutical science or related degree with 2–3 years of UAE experience in aesthetic medical devices, plus a driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in aesthetic medical devices in UAE.
• Driving license and car required.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultative sales to prospect and identify needs for Imdad products and update customers on product changes.
• Schedule appointments with existing and new customers to promote Imdad’s products and identify other opportunities.
• Conduct professional demonstrations or presentations of products on the customer site using company sales aids.
• Provide information about prospects and update customer databases with contact details.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities and competitor pricing changes.
