Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a high-impact First Line Manager to lead the ophthalmology sales team and drive demand generation within approved budgets. You will mentor medical reps, set targets, and ensure market penetration while maintaining strong KOL and customer relations.

The role requires 5+ years in ophthalmology sales in the UAE with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of in-field ophthalmology sales experience in UAE.
• 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Med reps / Product specialist team to execute sales, marketing and demand generation plans within budget.
• Develop sales targets for products and monitor achievement.
• Maintain relationships with HCPs and principal representatives; manage market feedback and pharmacovigilance reports.
• Generate performance reports and ROI analysis for marketing activities.
• Coach and mentor the team to optimize performance and market penetration.
• Oversee广告/promotional activities and ensure budget adherence.
• Analyze healthcare data to guide field activities and routes.
