Job summary

Tanqeeb, Abu Dhabi, seeks a Transaction Banking Client Service Account Manager to deliver a superior service experience for Corporate and Institutional Banking clients. You will lead virtual service teams, manage escalations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations and other partners to drive service improvements and growth.

The role requires strong client relationship skills, governance discipline, and deep knowledge of banking services, with AML considerations and English proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience in banking or a similar financial services environment.
• Experience in Client Service and Cash Products is advantageous.
• Risk and AML certification as required by Bank policy.
• Strong English and/or local language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service for Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) clients.
• Lead virtual client service teams and manage service escalations.
• Drive service excellence and strengthen client relationships via proactive engagement and reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Functional Partner teams to identify service opportunities and support growth.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical client service issues and coordinate resolution.
• Ensure governance, logging of issues, and timely remediation.
