Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve as the main contact for a portfolio of corporate clients in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure high-quality, responsive service and build lasting client relationships.

You will coordinate with internal teams, manage escalations, and drive service excellence across multiple service areas to uphold client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Service Delivery or similar.
• Experience with corporate or B2B clients in professional services, managed services, technology, outsourcing or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and understand their business needs.
• Handle client queries, requests, concerns and escalations through to resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and within timelines.
• Own client issues and follow up with relevant teams until resolution.
• Monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular client meetings, service reviews and follow-ups.
• Track actions and commitments for timely completion.
• Gather client feedback and work with teams to improve processes.
• Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and actions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand services.
