Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to drive new business acquisition and manage customer relationships for Personal Banking products through corporate partnerships and direct channels.

You will support sales leadership in coordinating team activities, implement effective strategies, and help achieve revenue targets with a focus on ethical sales practices and cross-selling opportunities within the UAE market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or collections.
• Experience managing collections campaigns across multiple product lines.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC banking sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote and drive sales of Personal Banking products within the assigned region.
• Achieve budgeted sales targets for primary and secondary products in line with plans.
• Conduct promotions, corporate presentations, group meetings, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage and deliver assigned sales targets while cross-selling products and services from other units.
• Ensure compliance with CPF, regulatory and internal policy requirements when dealing with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention and growth.
