Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Client & Business Development Manager to engage client accounts across APAC and the Middle East. You will act as the primary contact for client queries and coordinate programs, delivering timely and professional responses.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships through energetic, polished communication and a proven sales track record across technology and non-technology sectors, with English proficiency and Arabic as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–10+ years in Business Development/Sales within manpower supply, staffing or recruitment.
• Proven track record of acquiring corporate clients and meeting sales targets.
• Experience selling to Technology and Non-Technology sectors.
• Strong UAE/GCC client network preferred.
• Solid understanding of contract staffing, permanent placement, outsourcing and payroll/workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work independently.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected client accounts and develop relationships across APAC and the Middle East, with senior support where needed.
• Act as a reliable day-to-day contact for client queries, follow-ups and program coordination.
• Ensure clients receive timely, professional and well-organised responses.
• Build strong client relationships through a positive, energetic and polished communication style.
