Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring a Priority Capability & Development Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead customer service excellence within Priority Banking. The role focuses on enhancing capability per role, maintaining high standards at Gold Centers, and driving operational efficiency across channels.

You will manage complaints, monitor RM performance, and collaborate with departments to improve customer experience and profitability. Requires strong communication and bilingual Arabic/English skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Arabic & English is required.
• Experience in customer service and frontline management.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle priority customer complaints from Call Center, Gold Centres, and other channels.
• Monitor RM performance and provide run-rate improvements.
• Suggest portfolio retagging and movements to improve RM capability.
• Ensure Gold Centres meet standards and have functional technology.
• Coordinate with other departments for customer requests and complaints.
• Monitor Mystery Shopper scores and identify improvement areas.
• Propose ideas with priority staff to enhance customer experience.
