Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects for Investment Banking & Global Markets in Abu Dhabi. You will engage with stakeholders, define the project framework, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while following the IT PMO process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing and delivering projects for Global/Capital Markets/Investment Banking.
• Experience in implementing and handling Global Markets IT solutions within large financial institutions such as trade booking systems, electronic trading platforms, risk management systems, accounting, and bank-office.
• Experience in integrating different solutions with core banking systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Global Markets products and processes, front to back.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and owns project plan: estimate project effort, define high level and detailed project plan, including staffing and logistics.
• Identify project risks and issues and ensure mitigation.
• Act as key liaison between business, IT and all stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery excellence and user experience.
• Develop end-to-end project plan with milestones, metrics and deliverables.
• Prepare detailed status reports for management.
• Organize and lead project meetings (working groups, steerCo).
• Liaise with and manage deliveries from external vendors.
• Ensure adherence to IT PMO process within budget and timelines.
• Capture lessons learned and apply them to future initiatives.
• Involvement in pre-initiation phases (RFQ/RFI/RFP/POC).
