Qualifications

• Arabic as the primary language with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and keen on social media and digital channels.
• Strong sales mindset to engage clients and achieve objectives.
• Good persuasion and negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently while being part of a team.
• Experience in sales or financial services or investments is an added advantage.
• Experience in content creation or short videos or live broadcasting is an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn for candidates without prior content creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through electronic channels and phone, introducing products and services and answering inquiries.
• Monitor clients and assess needs, converting prospects to clients to meet business objectives.
• Maintain client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and support renewal and engagement efforts.
• Interact with clients via social media platforms and digital channels to aid acquisition.
• Assist in preparing digital content such as short video clips and promotional content according to company needs.
• Collaborate with marketing to support client acquisition and achieve business goals.
