Job summary

Talentmate in Abu Dhabi seeks a result-oriented Training Sales professional to promote and sell both in-house and open training courses. You will manage delegate registrations, collect fees, and ensure CQI-IRCA branding and requirements are met across communications.

The role requires proven sales experience in training, knowledge of learning management systems, and strong MS Office skills. You will coordinate with the Certification and Training teams to drive targets and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in sales for training or similar role.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
• MS Office proficiency; strong organizational skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages the promotion, marketing and sales of in-house and open-training courses.
• Responsible for registration of delegates and collection of fees.
• Ensures compliance with CQI-IRCA requirements in communications and branding.
• Manages all training marketing materials and related communications.
• Completes the training sales loop from client visit to proposal, negotiation, contract and follow-up.
