Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Training Sales professional to drive the promotion, marketing and sales of in-house and open training courses in the System Certification Services division. You will manage delegate registrations, ensure CQI-IRCA compliance, and steer the full sales cycle from first contact to contract issuance.

The role requires proven sales experience in training, strong communication, and the ability to develop key accounts, while supporting e-learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of formal education and a University Degree or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as Sales Executive for Training or similar role.
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promotes, markets and sells in-house and open-house training courses.
• Registers delegates and collects fees.
• Ensures CQI-IRCA compliance for logos and related requirements.
• Manages communication and marketing material related to Training.
• Completes the Training Sales Loop (client visit, proposal, negotiation, follow up, contract).
• Aims to achieve Public and In-House Training targets.
• Develops new key account clients and manages existing ones.
• Proactively promotes E-Learning courses.
• Generates self-generated leads and builds a data pool with segmentation.
• Performs other admin works.
