Job summary

Bureau Veritas | Marine & Offshore is seeking a Training Sales professional in Abu Dhabi to drive growth of both in-house and open training courses. You will manage delegate registrations, coordinate with the operations team, and ensure adherence to CQI-IRCA requirements while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of university degree or equivalent.
• Detail knowledge of CQI-IRCA / accreditation body requirements.
• Proven full training cycle experience: assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell in-house and open training courses.
• Register delegates and collect fees.
• Ensure CQI-IRCA compliance when using logos.
• Manage marketing materials and training communications.
• Close sales through proposals, negotiations, contracts, and follow-up.
• Achieve public and in-house training targets.
• Develop new key accounts and nurture existing ones.
• Proactively promote E-Learning courses and generate leads.
• Coordinate with Sales Team Leader for reporting.
