Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales, client acquisition, marketing, and market expansion for fire protection and life safety training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase training registrations, client acquisition, and revenue.
• Identify and engage corporate clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and other potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility.
• Promote training courses, certifications, facilities, instructors, and training capabilities through appropriate marketing channels.
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to strengthen the academy's position in the fire protection and life safety training market.
• Research new markets, industries, companies, and sectors requiring fire, emergency response, HSE, and life safety training.
• Identify and develop opportunities to introduce training programs to new industries and geographic markets.
• Set and monitor sales, lead generation, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve business results.
• Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after training programs.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Drive repeat business, referrals, corporate contracts, and long‑term training partnerships.
