Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, ECM origination, or capital raising.

• Originate and source deals with issuers, partners, banks, exchanges, and platforms.
• Own external relationships as the primary contact with issuers and financial institutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure deal terms.
• Grow and manage the deal pipeline from lead to close and track progress.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and partner materials to win mandates.
• Monitor market activity to identify opportunities and prioritize deals.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution through diligence, documentation, and closing.
