Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or agent management in FX (MT4/MT5 brokers) preferred.
• Access to channel resources in traditional stock/margin financing and understanding investor trading habits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage agents and channel partners for TradFi products in target markets.
• Develop channel incentive policies and drive agents to attract trading users.
• Collaborate with operations to design channel campaigns and provide feedback to product teams.
