Job summary

StraitsX, a leading digital assets platform, is building a Dubai hub to serve the EMEA market. We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise BD professional to prospect, qualify, and close high-value institutional deals across the GCC, coordinating with treasury, product, and compliance teams.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in stablecoin issuance or payments infrastructure, a warm network with institutional crypto clients, and deep familiarity with VARA and DIFC/DFSA regimes to navigate

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in stablecoin issuance, payments infrastructure, or institutional digital assets in the GCC.
• Strong network with institutional crypto clients and digital-first businesses in Dubai/GCC.
• Deep familiarity with VARA mainland regulations and DIFC/DFSA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close high-value institutional merchants across the GCC.
• Pitch and secure partnerships for StraitsX's infrastructure suite.
• Sell fiat-to-stablecoin conversion rails to institutional buyers.
• Manage long-cycle enterprise deals with treasury, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Align sales motions with Dubai regulatory environments (VARA, DIFC/DFSA).
• Formulate regional Go-To-Market strategy and build early client success stories.
