Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of ECM origination or related capital markets experience.
• Established network across VC/PE, banks, issuers, and institutional relationships.
• Track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets and capital-raising mechanics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building a pipeline.
• Familiarity with digital assets, tokenization, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Originate and source deals across issuers, partners, and platforms.
• Own external relationships as primary contact.
• Negotiate deals and structure terms.
• Grow and manage the deal pipeline from lead to close.
• Prepare pitches, proposals, and partner materials.
• Monitor the market and identify opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution through diligence and closing.
