Julphar seeks a field-based pharmaceutical sales professional to promote its products to healthcare providers in Abu Dhabi. You will act as a trusted advisor, present therapeutic data, and drive buying decisions while adhering to company policies and ethics.

You will develop your assigned territory, implement the sales/marketing plan, and maintain detailed records and reports. Strong time management, persuasive communication, and teamwork are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Promote Julphar’s products and services to healthcare providers.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers and facilitate buying decisions with therapeutic solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within budgets and timelines.
• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory and execute the sales/marketing plan.
• Implement territory coverage plan and optimize call and visit frequency.
• Coordinate with direct manager on customer-centric activities and reports.
• Maintain records: daily reports, customer profiles and marketing feedback.
• Plan weekly and monthly work schedules and timetables.
• Attend company meetings as directed by management.
• Stay updated with clinical data and present it to health professionals.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and report to management.
• Submit daily and monthly reports per country system.
• Utilize promotional tools, samples, and services to achieve targets.
• Prospect continually for new business opportunities.
