• Ensure effective customer coverage in line with call plans, territory priorities, and business objectives.
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies and support promotional campaigns, product launches, and scientific activities.

To promote the company’s pharmaceutical products within an assigned territory, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, generate prescriptions, achieve sales objectives, and support the growth of assigned brands and market share.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote assigned pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Plan and conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and scientific discussions to maximize product awareness, prescription generation, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory planning, customer segmentation, and execution of agreed sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, key customers, and relevant stakeholders within the territory.
• Ensure effective customer coverage in line with approved call plans, territory priorities, and business objectives.
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies and actively support promotional campaigns, product launches, scientific activities, conferences, Round Table Discussions (RTDs), and other business events.
• Maintain strong scientific and product knowledge, including an understanding of competitor products, market trends, treatment practices, and relevant developments within the pharmaceutical market.
• Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, market opportunities, and changes within the assigned territory and provide timely feedback to the Line Manager.
• Identify potential new customers and business opportunities and maintain an accurate and updated customer database.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports, customer visit records, and market feedback through the company’s Sales Visits and Reporting System (SVRS) or other assigned reporting tools.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Logistics, and other relevant departments to support business objectives and ensure effective execution of commercial activities.
• Manage assigned promotional resources and budgets responsibly and in line with company policies and approved plans.
• Attend company meetings, training sessions, conferences, exhibitions, and other scientific or promotional activities as required.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all interactions and ensure that promotional activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Proactively contribute ideas, market insights, and recommendations that may support sales growth, customer engagement, and overall business performance.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager based on business requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or another relevant scientific discipline.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or in a similar pharmaceutical sales role is preferred.
• UAE pharmaceutical market experience is preferred.
