Job summary

Eton Institute in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Telesales Course Enrollment Advisor who speaks Arabic to join our UAE team. You will convert enquiries into enrolments via phone, email, online and in-person consultations, and advise learners on language courses and training solutions to help them reach their goals.

You will work to achieve monthly enrolment targets, build strong client relationships, and maintain CRM records while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or enrolment experience; education sector preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Must be Arabic speaker.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads, quotations, registrations and pending enquiries

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, or a similar role. (Preferred experience within the education industry)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CRM systems such as ZOHO or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Must be an Arabic Speaker
