Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, enrolment, administration, or similar role.

• Experience within the education, training, or language learning industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into enrolments through various communication channels.
• Advise prospective learners on courses and training.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets while providing exceptional service.
• Handle enquiries and follow up on leads and registrations.
• Support learner onboarding and maintain CRM records.
• Assist with class assignments and resolve learner concerns.
• Provide reception coverage and support daily operations.
• Maintain common areas and assist with office procedures.
