Daily desk tasks include checking balances, blocking stolen cards, resetting online banking passwords, and typing notes during calls.

The role requires strong listening, quick problem solving using bank rules, and strict attention to security questions to protect customer data.

Qualifications

• Listening to and understanding diverse English and Arabic accents clearly through a headset.
• Ability to quickly locate answers in the bank's rule book while customers wait.
• Reading security questions exactly as shown to prevent fraud.

Responsibilities

• Answer back-to-back phone calls from customers about balances or loan deductions.
• Block stolen credit cards using bank software to stop unauthorized spending.
• Reset online banking passwords for customers who forget login details.
• Record customer concerns accurately during calls.
