Job summary

du is seeking a seasoned Segment Marketing Propositions leader to manage end-to-end portfolio ownership in the telecom sector. You will craft go-to-market strategies, collaborate with Brand, Products and Sales to launch sub-segment propositions, and drive KPIs including ARPU, churn, and new user additions.

The role requires strong English and Arabic communication skills, a deep understanding of telecom market dynamics, and cross-functional leadership across stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Segment Marketing Propositions in Telecoms.
• Account management experience would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the respective portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and meet P&L targets.
• Design and launch sub-segment value propositions with cross-functional teams.
• Create Go-To-Market plans and communications for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Products, Sales and CX for journeys and launches.
• Improve segment strategy effectiveness and KPIs (ARPU, churn, gross adds).
• Coordinate with Gov Relations and Enterprise teams to expand propositions.
