Job summary

du is seeking a strategic Digital Lead to own digital product revenue, profitability, and channel growth across direct and indirect channels in the UAE. You will design and execute digitalized omnichannel sales journeys, align with commercial objectives, and drive performance through KPIs and dashboards.

You'll define quarterly roadmaps, partner with Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, and external partners, and champion AI/CVM initiatives to optimize CAC and LTV in a fast-evolving telecom landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in automation, AI/chatbot configuration, data analysis, or digital operations.
• Experience in telecom or large enterprise environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital product revenue, cost and profitability.
• Lead digital sales growth and channel leadership across direct and indirect channels.
• Define roadmaps, business cases and delivery plans for digital journeys.
• Track performance with KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting.
