Job summary

du in Dubai seeks an experienced Segment Marketing Propositions professional to lead end-to-end portfolio initiatives within the telecom sector. You will understand customer needs, design value propositions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market-share growth and P&L performance.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in telecom marketing, a Bachelor's in Marketing/related field, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's in Marketing/BA or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Segment Marketing Propositions in Telecoms.
Account management experience would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

Understand needs and usage to tailor appropriate customer value propositions.
Develop & execute strategies to increase market share and achieve P&L targets.
End to end ownership of respective portfolio.
Design and follow-up on development of sub segment value propositions with stakeholders to facilitate proposition launch within defined time-to-market.
Create Go-To-Market strategy, plan, communications briefs for campaigns across Brand, Communications, products and Sales channels.
Develop and implement methods to enhance segment strategy effectiveness.
Liaise with ABM team for value extraction and retention campaigns.
Manage acquisitions with focus on onboarding journey enhancement.
Drive adoption of propositions.
Coordinate with C&C, Sales and Customer Operations for new digital proposition launches.
Establish deals with new organizations and launch exclusive propositions.
