Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai seeks an experienced Training & Learning Manager to shape and oversee our technical and behavioral training initiatives. You will align curricula with performance plans, develop IDPs, and ensure training programs meet organizational needs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, design curricula, manage budgets, and measure impact through analytics to continuously improve training effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps.
• Experience in training operations and learning center management.
• Skill in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Support the design of training structures, curricula, and learning paths.
• Provide input for technical and behavioral training programs based on needs analysis.
• Integrate technical training with individual performance plans and competency frameworks.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal technical trainer qualification plans.
• Manage technical training schedules and oversee budgets.
• Execute technical training plans in coordination with organizational units.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding all technical training matters.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and technical conferences.
• Review technical training programs using assessment results and impact measurement.
• Prepare periodic analytical reports on training effectiveness and outcomes.
