Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify training and development needs through performance reviews, business requirements, and stakeholder consultations.
• Design, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs.
• Develop annual training plans and learning calendars.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage onboarding and orientation learning programs for new employees.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications.
• Liaise with training providers, universities, and consultants.
• Maintain training records, attendance reports, and learning documentation.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
• Support career development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
• Assist in developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
• Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
• Track learning KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate learning and development data and records.
• Provide recommendations to improve employee performance through development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Review and update learning and development procedures and guidelines.
• Support HR audits and reporting related to training and development activities.
