Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) is seeking a Senior Executive - Talent Management to drive employee growth and engagement through innovative learning strategies. You will design and deliver training, build talent analytics dashboards, and support succession planning to ensure organizational continuity.

Lead strategic learning initiatives and collaborate with leadership to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in content creation and delivering training sessions.
• Strong expertise in dashboard design and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of talent management frameworks, including 8-grid models, talent mapping, and succession planning.
• Experience in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in assessing learning, performance, and engagement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate training: develop engaging content and deliver sessions to employees at all levels.
• Talent management analytics: build dashboards and 8-grid matrices to track development, mapping, and performance trends.
• Talent mapping and succession planning: identify high-potential talent and implement succession frameworks.
• Employee engagement: organize events, support employee clubs, and foster workplace culture.
• Strategic learning initiatives: align programs with organizational goals through leadership collaboration.
• Continuous improvement: evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs for impact.
