Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Learning & Development Manager to shape and deliver our L&D strategy, aligning training with organizational goals and service excellence. You will partner with senior leadership to build talent pipelines, drive engagement, and ensure regulatory compliance across UAE operations.

You will design and deliver induction, leadership, and Forbes-related training, while advancing coaching, mentoring, and competency frameworks to strengthen internal talent pools and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, Organizational Psychology, Hospitality or related field.
• Proven experience in organization-wide L&D strategies and leadership development.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual L&D strategy and training plan aligned with objectives.
• Lead induction, technical, behavioral, leadership, and service training programs.
• Monitor compliance, prepare monthly/annual L&D reports and dashboards.
