Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs in business and soft skills.
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers, providing guidance and professional development.
• Collaborate with clients to assess training needs and customize programs.
• Oversee scheduling and delivery of training sessions with high quality standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and assessment tools; adjust programs as needed.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in training and development.
• Develop and manage the training budget to optimize resources.
• Maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts.
• Ensure training activities comply with laws, regulations and company policies.
