Caliberly in Dubai is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead our Learning & Development department. You will design and deliver business and soft skills programs, manage a team of trainers, and collaborate with clients to tailor offerings to their needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program development, delivery, and evaluation, with 10+ years in training and development and 4+ years in a managerial role. A Masters and CPTD/CPLP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred.
• Professional certification in training and development (e.g. CPTD CPLP) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years in training and development with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering business and soft skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs in business and soft skills.
• Manage and lead a team of trainers providing guidance support and professional development.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and customize programs accordingly.
• Oversee the scheduling and delivery of training sessions ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Develop and manage the training budget ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Maintain relationships with external training providers and industry experts to enhance the quality of our programs.
• Ensure all training activities comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
