Job summary

Element Search has been retained to find a Technical Sales Engineer focusing on tower crane spare parts for its crane division in Sharjah. The role targets engineers with a mechanical background who can translate technical drawings into customer solutions and close deals.

You will build relationships with crane rental companies, equipment dealers, and maintenance providers, prepare quotations, and drive aftersales opportunities across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in technical or spare parts sales within crane/heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of tower crane components and spare parts.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, parts manuals, and equipment specs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a technically proficient and commercially driven Technical Sales Engineer – Tower Crane Spare Parts to join our client's Cranes Division in Sharjah.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, strong knowledge of tower crane components and spare parts, and experience in technical sales, aftermarket sales, or spare parts distribution.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, parts manuals, and equipment specifications.Experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• UAE market experience and an existing network within the crane or construction industry are advantageous.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience selling tower crane spare parts, working with crane manufacturers or distributors, or handling aftermarket sales and spare parts sourcing will be strongly preferred.

Exposure to brands such as Liebherr, Potain, Zoomlion, or other tower crane manufacturers will be an advantage.
